Thermostat Upgrade

I am replacing my Trane TCONT802AS32SAA thermostat ( manual can be found here: Tcont802-installation-manual.pdf ) with a Honeywell TH9320WF5003 ( Manual can be found here: file:///D:/[My%20Docs]/Manuals/Honeywell%20Thermostat.pdf ). I have a Trane XB 13 4TWB3042A1000AA on the outside paired with a Trane 4TEC3F48B1000AA on the inside.
I attempted to wire the unit (See Pics) For some reason the AC doesn't seem to be working.

The Trane original wiring was:

I have now wired the Honeywell as:

C Blue
R Red
W-O/B Orange
Y Yellow
G Green
W2-Aux/E White

Thanks for helping.

Welcome to the forums.

Your second link is pointed at your "D" drive on your computer. Pretty tough for us to see that.
You have a heat pump system with back up electric heat...... correct ?
If nothing is working you may have blown a fuse in the air handler.

Your wiring looks ok.
Did you make the advanced changes in the programming ?
Your system type: Heat Pump
Your forced air heating system type: Electric

The rest of the default settings for heat pump will be ok.
