Nest 3rd Gen to control Carlin burner

I would like to disconnect older "Blue" Heat-Timer EPU-60 CH and start to control the boiler with 3rd gen Nest ( which is already connected to run AC system) after doing some research I came up with the diagram but I would like to double check if this configuration would work properly:

Welcome to the forums.

The connection to power the nest comes from the C terminal which must come from the A/C system.
Eliminate the connection from your second transformer to C.
