Rheem 15PJL42A01 reversing valve.

I have a Rheem 15PJL42A01 condenser. I don't get power at the reversing valve.(checked at the def board) I researched and it said this unit energizes the valve only in cooling mode. The AC is cold but it is coming out of the house vents at 69 F. Is this cold enough? The connectors of the reversing valve at the board read RV and CC. Do I have a bad board or am I missing some wiring?

Welcome to the forums.

it said this unit energizes the valve only in cooling mode.
For the bulk of the brands on the market...... this is true.
However with Ruud and Rheem products.... the valve is energized for heating.
