Help wiring nest to older trane unit

I have an older trane heat pump system in my new home

. The indoor unit is model no. Twe036c140b0. The outdoor unit is XE 1200 twp036c100a3.
The picture shows the current wiring connected to the current trane thermostat. W and x2 are jumpered.
How would this be wired to the nest 3rd gen?

Welcome to the forums.

You have a heat pump with back up electric heat.
Turn the power off to the air handler when changing out the thermostat.
