No C Terminal on Air Handler

Greetings Forum Members,
I'm looking into getting a smart WiFi thermostat thru my electric company. I understand that I need a C wire for constant power, but my GE air handler does not have a C terminal. The model air handler by GE is BWV724A1001A1. I attached the wiring diagram from the air handler, and how the wire are connected to my current battery powered thermostat. There is a unused black wire in the wire that goes to the thermostat. I checked the terminals, no power was seen on W1,W2 or O terminals. Is my idea of using the B screw as a point to attach the black C wire?

On that one "B" would be your "C" as some brands use that letter.
