smart thermostat on two wire

I have baseboard water heat with a gas fired boiler. two zones. I'm trying to wire up a Honeywell RTH6580WF smart thermostat. it needs a c wire. I only have two wires. I do have third wire at each thermostat. I don't know where to hook it up. here are some pics.

I can see you have three wires to the stat. Green is currently not used and can be used for C.

I've labeled your picture.
I don't know which valve is for which zone but the TR connection is also the C connection.
Your stats are currently set up for TH/TR = red = R and TH = white = W.
Now TR = green = C.

thank you very much. I have two zones so I bought two smart thermostats. do I only need one? do both zones get connected to the same tr screw? or do I connect one green wire to left zone valve and one green wire to the right zone valve?

You need two thermostats..... one for each zone.... unless you want one stat to operate both zones.
Each wifi stat would get a C connection.

The red and white wires are in the correct location on the valves.
You will just connect the green wires.
