honeywell rth6360d wiring issues

I'm trying to get my heat to work after swapping an old thermostat with the new Honeywell in Zone 1. Seems like I can get the fan running but no heat is generating. Any suggestions?

Original Thermostat

New Thermostat

Zone Panel

First the blue wire is a B, not a C. With that zone control panel you need both O and B wires attached to the thermostat. Problem is that most thermostats don't have separate connections so you are out of luck. Recommend you swap out the panel.

Thanks for the feedback. I ended up calling my HVAC guy and he said the same thing. Time to upgrade the panel I guess!
