Nest for New Home

Hi, I cannot figure out which wires correspond being that the colors are named differently. Also, it looks like there is some kind of bridge on the white. Could someone please send me a diagram of how I should wire the Nest?

Is the following correct?

R = Rc
G=G
Y=Y1
C=C
O=OB
W=W1 (No Bridge Required)

Welcome to the forums.

I see you have a heat pump system with back up heat.
The electric heating (white) should be on W2/AUX.

No... no bridge. Nest does not allow bridging in their terminals. Only1 wire per terminal.
