Basement toilet drain pipe size!

Im installing a basement bathroom including a sink, shower.
my question is is it ok to reduce the drain pipe coming from the toilet from a 4 inch to a 3 inch so i can better hook it up to the in ground basin ?(pump)

i just think it would be easier since the 4 inch pipe is so big.

also, is it ok to connect the sink and the shower drains to the same pipe or should they each get their own run to the basin?(more drilling, im sure)

3" is fine for your branch line to the new toilet

You can wye off of the 3" with the fitting you need, do not forget, each fixture needs there own vent.

this new basement bathroom will be run to a basin, where i am installing a sewage pump to pump up to my house drain.

the sewage pump has its own vent which i will vent out of house.

do i still need to run a vent for all three drains coming from bathroom even though they are all going into basin which will be approximately 5 feet from bathroom?

does it matter?
