moving a toilet

Hi, I'm a semi-competent woodworker, DIY guy. I'm planning a bathroom remodel and want to move the toilet 1 foot down the wall from where it sits now. It's on a slab, I'm planning on cutting out the concrete, digging it out, etc. I want to hook it right back to the existing line. Can I put a 90 where the line comes up now and a foot of pipe to the new flange? How hard will this be?Thanks, David.

You want to 90 over from the existing 90 then another 90 to the flange?? How deep is your waste line?

I would dig all the way down, cut off the existing 90, put in 1' of new waste line, then reattach the old 90 in the new location. Don't forget to move the water supply line too.

Seems like a lot of work to move a toilet a foot.
