Loss of Water Pressure in 1 Sink

Hey Folks-
The sink in our powder room (located on the 1st story of a 2 story house) has been giving us fits! Last month the water pressure inexplicably dropped to next to nothing. So only a little bit of water comes out when both the hot and cold knobs are turned on full. Sometimes the water comes out a little faster... while at other times it is a trickle. Of course this is frustrating. The faucet is relatively new. We had it professionally installed about a year ago. The installer commented that it was of good quality. He did mention that the cartridges would have to be replaced at some point... could that be the problem!?!?!?

The water pressure in the rest of the house is completely normal... and there is no sign or pipe leakage involving any of the pipes associated with that powder room or others down in the basement.

Any helpful thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Check the aerator on the spout of the faucet, could be plugged up in it.

Thanks... that's exactly what the problem was.

Loss of water pressure in all sinks but tub

My son lives in a 2 bedroom ranch on a slab. About a week ago the water pressure in the kitchen sink was about nothing. A few days later the bathroom sink the same. The water really only trickles out the faucets. The tub and tiolet are ok.

Any ideas? He need water pressure. Oh by he way, he took off the cap on the faucet in the kitchen, no difference. The bathroon faucet does not have one to unscrew.
