Question shower head

Recently replaced shower head as pressure from old one pretty poor.
The new one Interbath Massage Plus is an improvement but not as good as expected. Pressure everywhere else in house is awesome.
The packaging says "Maxx flow quarantees highest performance water saving etc." To increase water flow remove Maxx. What is Maxx? And how do I remove it? I see a washer and a screen and presume those are needed so dont want to take them out to check further.
I am hoping someone out there can help.
Thanks
Gayle

Inside the shower head where it screws onto the wall pipe, is a flow restricter, remove it and install the head.

Thanks a bunch Ron. Removed screen and pressure is sooo much better. There wasnt anything I could see to remove under screen so presumed that was causing the prob.
Anyways thanks again for help.

Sport Plus by Interbath

I also am experiencing seems to be low pressure coming out of my handheld Sport Plus by interbath..I disassembled where the cord screws into the handheld and found the silver MAXX I believe,,There is also a pink type sediment catcher with a real small o ring in the middle..I removed the small o ring and silver Maxx but left in the pink thing which i think is a sediment catcher..The part that is screwed into the wall I did not disassemle yet cause i do not know if its necessary..I hate to keep screwing things on and off if its not necessary..Is anyone familiar with this handheld model and how to get fast water pressure..Any help would be appreciated.

I am kinda finiky when it comes to water pressure but do not want to start trying and taking back every different handheld showerhead there are in the stores..And besides my Wifey is going nuts watching me do all this and she says i am nutso..Thankx

No! The "pink thing" IS the restrictor! That's what you are after!

The silver flanged ring and the little black o-ring are used to hold the pink restrictor in place.
