How to install a shower and toilet on an existing concrete floor

I am renovating our carport and storage closets into an in-law suite. How can I install a shower unit and toilet on top of an existing concrete floor at ground level. With the least amount of tearing up. The walls are brick all the way around the storage space.

www.saniflo.com is one way, and/or over a built-up floor.

How to replace a bathroom sink faucet

Hi, My wife wants to put in a new sink faucet in our Master Bathroom. How difficult is this to do?? Can I tackle this myself?? What do I need to know before I start pulling things off?? I think the hot and cold water handles will be easy, but the drain seems like there is more to it...Please let me know. Thanks, greenda4

Toilet - Smart Valve won't stop

I apologize in advance, I know absolutely nothing about anything. I have an American Standard toilet with a smart valve in the tank. The tube that runs from the Smart Valve to the big vertical pipe (overflow tube?) never stops running. I tried messing around with the height of the smart valve, but I never got it to stop. Any ideas?
