Well you need to be able to remove the moisture in the air out of the room, is the tank the only part of the toilet that sweats or is the sweat happening to both the tank and toilet bowl?

Proper ventilation is the best solution to condensation ("sweat") caused by warm, moist air in the bathroom coming into contact with a toilet tank with cold water in it.
There also are foam insulation kits that you can get to go inside the tank.
In extreme situations, you can get a mixing valve (and run a hot water supply line over to it) to send warm water into the tank.
Improve the ventilation first.
Good luck!
