Shower Arm Flange
I dont know what this is called. It is the ring that covers the hole that the chrome shower head pipe goes through. Anyway, I am looking for a nicer one. The one that came with the shower fixture just sits against the wall. The one I have in the upstairs shower (here when I bought the house) has a cool shape and screws up to the pipe to keep it against the wall. Home Depot and Aco dont have this. Does anyone make one like this anymore??? Thanks and I hope is not too confusing.

It's just called a shower arm flange, and they come in chrome and brass finishes. Some are slide-on. Some are held on by screws.
Check with a plumbing supply store, rather than a big box.
Good Luck!

Believe the word you are looking for is "escucheon ". They make them for all types of pipes going through walls. Some fancy, some plain. Here is a link showing pictures of all different kinds. Good luck.
