Shower water supply shut-off

Where would this valve typically be located. I cannot find it in the bathroom or around the water heater, so I assume it must be in the crawl space? Or would I have to shut-off the water to the entire house from the street connection?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Hi WalkerTPonk,
Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Typically there is not a shutoff for the tub/shower. The main water supply will need to be turned off. You can install a shutoff if you have access to the back of the shower, do this while the water is off for the present repair.
Good luck on your project and reply back if you have further questions.
