American Standard - Help???

I have a warranty issue with American Standard bathroom faucets. I have phoned their 800 # - guess what? No answer!
In frustration after several hours of holding on, I wrote them a letter, including photos of the offending items. Guess what? No reply!

They choose not to provide an e-mail address on their website (which must be the cheapest, quickest and easiest way of communicating in the 21st century...) Sooo - does anyone out there know of an e-mail address on which they can be contacted about warranty items?

Or, does anyone have any insider tips on other ways of getting hold of this warranty-shy and communication-shy company?

Thanks for any help!

Thanks for the weblink to AS and phone #. I already have those and am having zero success at getting a reply. If possible, I'd like to get their E-MAIL address; preferably the one of the department that specifically deals with warranty claims....
Cheers!

The chrome finish on all five identical single-lever bathroom faucets has broken down. The base metal has erupted through the chrome finish like acne. (Looks like the chromework on a fifty year old car that has spent its life driving on salted roads!). They were fitted three years ago. I feel sure that AS has a lifetime warranty on its products but, in any case, they shouldn't deteriorate in such a short time.

(I've had issues with MOEN in the past but they have a) been easy to contact and b) responded efficiently and quckly...)

Talk to a supply house that deals with American Standard, they might get you somewhere fast.
