I have a warranty issue with American Standard bathroom faucets. I have phoned their 800 # - guess what? No answer! In frustration after several hours of holding on, I wrote them a letter, including photos of the offending items. Guess what? No reply! They choose not to provide an e-mail address on their website (which must be the cheapest, quickest and easiest way of communicating in the 21st century...) Sooo - does anyone out there know of an e-mail address on which they can be contacted about warranty items? Or, does anyone have any insider tips on other ways of getting hold of this warranty-shy and communication-shy company? Thanks for any help!

I replaced my Moen cartridge (1224). The little nub on the handle stem insert is broken off, but the guys at Home Depot assured me that I should still be able to control the water flow, but that the handle will go past the shut off point and turn the water back on if you turn it too far. I have to get a replacement for the stem insert from Moen. Great. So I did replace the cartridge, I think I lined up the notch on the cartridge to the notch in the pipe and I did get the bonnet back on. But the water still trickles out no matter how much I fiddle with the handle. What the heck am I doing wrong??? Please help!
