Oops hole in shower floor!

We have a neo angle tub that somebody never installed correctly. When you step on the plastic floor it almost breaks. They never put reiforcement under the plastic floorby the drain. Anyway I had this brainstorm to spade drill through the plastic reinforcement and spray expansion foam to fill the gap and add support. Doing this I inadvertantely cut through the showers plastic floor. How do I fill or what do I do to make water tight.

I would think you would be better off taking it out and putting one in that needs no support of fixing the one you have. (Unless it's already cracked.) If you shower floor looks anything like mine... You would have to drill several holes to get to all the places you would need to get to. Mine has several channels for support that are built into the bottom... And needs no other support... Yours may be different. If it is made out of fiberglass you could fdrill the holes and repair them... But it would look terrible.
