Toilet Flange Question

I had a carpenter come in and replace a rotting bathroom subfloor. He screwed the toilet flange to the new subfloor, but it is very slightly elevated above the subfloor at the rear, maybe 1/8 of an inch. The front of the flange is flush to the flooring. Is this going to pose a problem, or am I okay to go ahead and reinstall the toilet?

Ronc41, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Thats one more nice thing about the wax seal. It will adjust to a slight imperfection. You should have no problem. Good luck.
