broken plastic toilet flange

my toilet was leaking and replaced the old wax ring. After putting the toilet back on the flange , I started tightening the toilet bolts and the toilet stayed level about one minute and the tilted backwards. I took the toilet off again and that was when I noticed that both sides of the plastic toilet flange that hold the bolts are broken. Actually, one side is broken and the other is severely cracked. I can't get the bolts to hold the toilet down. The toilet keeps tilting back bringing the bolts out of the flange. The toilet is on a tile floor. please help.

I have included a link that shows what you need. It is the 4th row down and on the left. Called a Super Ring Closet Ring Replacement. Good luck.
