Fix Price Pfister Tub Faucet Dripping
#1

Is it easy to fix a dripping tub faucet (Price Pfister)? I hate to pay a plumber for something that's easy enough for me to do myself. If so, how do I do it? The faucet is single handle, turns on by pulling it toward you, and changes temp by rotating it clockwise-counterclockwise. Any help (including step-by-step, tools needed and/or diagrams) is appreciated! Thanks.

David C, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Most single handle faucets have cartridges. It is probably an "O" ring that has gone bad. If you disassemble the handle part (after turning off the water supply) you should be able to pull the cartridge out and repair/replace it. I have included the website and phone number of the manufacturer. Good luck.
