Sink/Toilet Spacing

I am finishing my basement and in the process I'm putting in a full bath. The drain rough in was already done for me.

From left to right the following was roughed in. Sink, Toilet, Shower.

Is there a minimum spacing that needs to exist between these items. My main concern is the distance between the sink and the toilet. Is the distance between items measured between drains or how? I have framed in the wall to the left of the sink and I'm afraid I got it a little too close to the sink. I went and bought the smallest pedastal sink I could find.

I found the following on some plumbing code website. Don't really know what it means. Does it mean that the right edge of the sink has to be 15 inches from the toilet drain?

"Flange- 30in. wide clearance, 26in. front (24in. finish [408.5] [3206.1.5]"

Any knowledge would be appreciated.

Thanks.

It means there has to be 15" from the center of the toilet drain to the next fixture or wall. 15" on each side. Good luck.
