Question pull out sprayer faucet vs. portable dishwasher

Want to buy a portable dishwasher (no room for under the counter model) but wonder how it would work with the existing pull out sprayer faucet.

Any ideas or suggestions (other than the obvious of replacing the faucet)?

I don't think I explained the setup very well in my first post... There is no actual faucet spout on the sink. The faucet/sprayer is a combo that pulls out from the "faucet" arm like the one shown here:

Are there adapters to use for these or will I need to go about this differently?

chances are you need to go about it differently and try so have a setup system to accomodate the adapter
