Permanently remove toilet and sink

I want to change a small bathroom into a storage room and permanently remove the toilet and sink. What is the best way to seal the water line and drainage pipes? It does not need to be attractive, since shelving and cabinets will cover.

vitalep, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
The waterlines are no problem. Just cap them off. The drain for the sink can also be capped (you may need an adapter to do this). The toilet drain should be well sealed as sewer gas would be permitted to enter the house through any gap. You could use a thin piece of board and screw it down to the flange through the holes in the closet flange. Use silicone caulk for a seal between the wood and the flange. You may also want to stuff some rags tightly into the flange hole before covering. Good luck.
