rough-in for shower directly below window

Hello,
I have a new house and I am about to start finishing the basement. The builder supplied rough-in for the bathroom includes a toilet drain and a shower drain in the concrete floor. However, the genius installed the shower drain directly below a window (about 2'x3')? So, I could move it, or use it where it is. If I were to leave it where it is, I was thinking I could pull the window and replace it with glass blocks and then ceramic tile the shower stall.
What would be involved if I were to move it? any ideas, ehat would you do?

I would go with the glass block idea. Chopping concrete is not my favorite thing to do. Good luck.

Before blocking it over, make sure its not an egress window.

I would move the shower and keep the window. I like windows in bathrooms. I guess it comes down to where you are from...but, I 've never heard of a window being a means of egress!
