Faucet from the wall
My current faucet is connected to the top of the vanity. However, I would like to change this out and have it come from the wall (above a vessel sink). What type of plumbing adjustments would I have to do to make this adjustment. Thanks

You will have to open the wall to get to the supply lines. Run extensions up the wall to the height you want the new faucet (including elbows)and make sure the lines are the same center measurements as the faucet. Good luck and reply back with any further questions.

Sounds like a complete redo... You're going to have to take down drywall, rearrange fittings, and repipe the supply lines. Possibly have to put up wood blocking to support the new faucet/lines. Then patch the drywall, texture, paint, and enjoy. Should take a couple of hours or so....... to get started...
