:( Hi, I'm a novice at this, but there is condensation built up around the base of my toilet bowl as well as the tank. In addition, it is making the floor have puddles. What do I need to do, and since I am not handy should I just contact the plumber...and what would you say a job estimate is... Any help would be much appreciated!

I have 3 toilets all but one consistently will not flush fully (slow) I have used a 6 ft. auger on the two toilets when they do not fully flush (they alternate clogging) and I can get them to clear up for about a week and then they must be cleared with the auger again (it is amazing it is like they are on a flush timer). I have tried the enzyme cleaner with no success. I have also tried to limit one of them with no toilet paper or anything but water (urine) and it still clogged. Since the two toilets in question are on the same side of the house (one upstairs and the other downstairs) and since the toilet that never clogs is on the other side of the house I have determined it must be something in the drain pipe that the two toilets share? Is this possible? The house \toilets are only two years old , we are the first to live here and have had this problem since moving in about two months ago (prior to that the house was empty). Any help is appreciated!
