higher toilet base after adding tile floor

I'm installling ceramic tile over vinal floor in bathroom. My concern is that toilet base will now be
higher than drain. Thus possible seapage. What's the best solution? Is there an 'extension' that I add to drain? If so, what's it called?

What you need is a flange extender. It looks like your original flange and sits on top of it. You screw it down to the floor through the holes provided in the extender. They come in different thicknesses depending on how thick your tile is. You can find them at Home Centers. Good luck.
