Shaky toilet

One of the bolts anchoring my toilet to the concrete floor seems to have loosened. What do I do about this. Thanks.

llpduck, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Most bolts are held in by the slots in the flange. Some are drilled into the concrete. See if you can lift the bolt. If so, you may be able to hear it hit the bottom of the toilet bowl. This means removing the toilet and checking to see why it is loose. You may want to try tightening the nut first. If it catches, don't crank on it, just snug it. If it comes down to pulling the toilet and you need assistance, let us know. Good luck.
