Tub Leak
I took all parts out of the tub handle and water still comes from the pipe into the wall. Basically looking at just pipe water is just coming out into the wall, it trickles from the cold side only. Where could the leak be. THKS

Fanofwinstoncup, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Need a bit more info here. What was the reason you disassembled the tub handle? With all the parts out of the assembly, the water must be coming from the supply pipe. What valve(s) did you shut off before you took it apart? If you shut off the house main water valve and water is still coming out of the fixture, the main valve is leaking through. If it is the hot water faucet you are working on, did you shut off the power (electric/gas) to the water heater? It could be building up pressure and pushing water out of the tank even with the main water valve off. Good luck and let us know.

Ok my tub was leaking from the faucet, so I took off the handle and removed all of the guts. There is a little black box inside with some O-rings behind it that connect to the 2 pipes coming from the wall. There was water still coming from the cold side once I shut off the water from out side. Maybe that was water still left in the pipe and I didn't give it long enough to drain. The O-rings looked good and nothing was broken or cracked in the inside. My water meter isn't moving when the water is shut off from the main or the handle of the tub is off, so I guess that is a good thing. But the faucet still drips, More now then before I took it apart, LMAO. Maybe I'll take it apart again, let all the water drain from the pipe, and go from there. Any ideas let me know thks again.

Even though water meters have the leak detector dial (triangle) on them, a small leak will not register. It may be that you didn't let it drain enough or that you have fixtures higher than the tub faucet that are still draining. I assume you have a single handle faucet and a cartridge. Replace the cartridge and all should be well.
