shower faucet

bathroom redo - which I love -. I work off a well/pump and pressure is ok for most outlets. however, the shower head doesn't shoot out. my son adjusted a ring inside, but that was for hot/cold adjustment. also removed a little trap (?) to allow more water to flow out. still not good. so, is there a shower attachment that actually builds some pressure in itself thereby giving better water pressure on me.

If the shower head is old, you may consider soaking it in CLR or some othr lime/calcium remover or replacing it altogether.
