Porcelain Shower/Tub Handles

I recently had some trouble w/ the washers in the hot water valve on my shower/tub. I just fixed it tonight but in the process not only did I drop my hot water handle but also the cold one as well right in the tub and shattered the hot and the cold is missing 2 of the 4 prongs. Does anyone know where I could find these. The tub is an old I am thinking steel tub(not a claw foot tub), feels and looks porcelin but my dad thinks it is steel, but anyway the handles are porcelin. They have hot or cold written on them and have 4 prongs(fingers, whatever you wanna call them). I will have a picture tomorrow. Thanks in advance!!!

Here is a link to a site that sells what I think you are talking about. At $40 a pair you might try your local salvage yard first.
