NEW Toto Toilet problem
Our Toto has had valve problems in the past -- usually cured by dismantling the valve cap assembly and rinsing.
But this time the water will not stop running. And nothing I do manually stems the flow.
What exaclty is the mechanism of the stop/stasrt of water? Does it sound like the entire valve column needs replascing?
TIA
