Okay, I'll put this as simply as I can. Any help in this matter would be great because my head hurts now, lol. When I flush my toilet the water goes from the tank to the bowl just fine. The problem is when the bowl then tries to expel the water through the piping. It acts like it wants to flush (water spins, tries to go further) but it never does fully. There's no back up that I can see. I've plunged it, snaked it, checked the holes along the rim of the bowl, no back up in sink or tub, checked the flapper to make sure enough water was getting through (seemed fine), but still the water doesn't want to go through like it should. The bowl doesn't overflow when I flush it's just the water doesn't empty from the bowl like normal. This is very annoying since now it takes at least two or more flushes to flush whatever "debris" might be in the bowl after we use it. Any thoughts or help?

I need to install a closet flange spacer to bring the flange up so it is level with the new pergo floor. I have the new spacer but the installation holes don't line up with the holes in the old flange on the floor. I don't just want to caulk the flange extender and place it on the old flage. Can I just attach the extender flange over the old flange and drill some holes in the old flange, then use some wood screws and attach the new extender over the old flange into the subfloor? Basically I want to drill hles in the old flange but I don't know if that will end up causing me problems later. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
