Can I Relocate a Vanity?

I currently have a small vanity flush to the left corner of the bathroom. I want to get a new one and center it along that wall. So the center of the vanity (where the faucet is) would be moved maybe 14 inches total (it's a small bathroom).

How tedious is this? Is it possible to do this w/o having to cut into the wall & put in new pipes? I need to know before I purchase the new vanity.

Thank you!

If the pipes will be inside the edges of the new vanity, you're ok. If not, there's going to be a lot of plumbing involved.
