Wall Flange...Maybe

I am planning to install a laminate floor in one of my bathrooms this week and when looking at the toilet I realized that the flange might be in the wall. The toilet has 2 bolts on the floor but the base rides onto the wall and it also has 2 bolts. Does this type of toilet remove and install like a conventional one except of course pulling away from the wall rather than off the floor? Also the new floor will raise the toilet about 3/8 of an inch. Is a toilet like this adjustable or am I going to have to rethink this? It is about 25 years old.

Thanks for any help.
