unsolved leak promblem

have a leak in chaseway coming down on ceiling on 1st floor in a hotel shut down rooms that were leaking run water in tubs leaked from one room change out tub drain and seal leak seem to stop but when all the rooms in leak area were used over night it leaked again next morning so cleaned out 1/4 inch of water out of chaseway then removed wall mount toilet and drywall where it was leaking use light turn on tubs no leaks then sinks no leaks theres solid concrete on both sides of leak area also run tubs and sinks on rooms both sides of this room no leaks i have a thought maybe when rooms are filled theres a clog pipe backing up causing leak i need some help on this issue please brfore i go insane ps i did turn on showers too

Did you ever learn about punctuation in a sentence, paragraph. Hard to tell what you are asking.

Not sure what you are referring to as a chaseway. If there is a leak, that is one problem, if there is a backup, completely different problem.
