Moen model 7423 One Touch faucet dripping

I had a slight drip with my Moen kitchen faucet and had to press the handle down firmly to stop it... Then a friend cranked the outer casing and the drip stopped but now if I don't press the handle down really tight in the right position the faucet does not shut completely off. Other than replacing the entire cartridge is there any adjustment I can make to correct the problem ?

Thanks..
