Raised floor toilet
How high up should i raise the floor to get enough clearance for drain pipes under the toilet?

High enough for a 1/4" per ft drop from toilet to where you tie into.
Example.
If you have 5 ft from toilet to the mainline you are tying into, then the bottom of the toilet ell should be 1 1/4 off the floor.
Add the remaining height of the ell plus the flange etc... That will set the height of the platform.
