closet flange problem
I noticed my toilet rocking so figured my pvc-cast iron closet flange I installed when I re-did my bathroom came un-done. The problem is the replacement flange I got to fit into the cast iron is the same diameter as the cast iron pipe so there is nothing to screw the pvc flange into (other than the cast iron). Is there a solution for this? Maybe something with a larger diameter that will extend beyond the original cast iron drain and allow me to drill into the slab? Please help!

Hi,
Complicated.... The original flange should have been caulked with lead. They make compression flanges that will fit the pipe, but I dont recommend them.
If on a slab you should probably pour cement to fill the open space so you can screw the flange to the floor.
Commpression.
Lead.
