I have a Delex single handle faucet system on my 1970's era bathtub. The faucet handle is in the center of a round chrome plate. Directly below the faucet is a chrome push button to push to convert water from the spout to the shower and vice versa. Mine leaks so that water comes out of the spout and the shower at the same time. I don't know what the internal configuration or design is that causes it to leak, such as a bad washer, etc. I'm not too shabby at repairing plumbing, but I'm hoping to learn something about it before I disassemble it and run into problems. Is this easily repairable? What do I need? Where do I get any needed parts.

hello folks. my shower door. it is a framed slider that i made into a frameless slider. yep, thats right. the only framing is the track at the top. and it looks great, and works just fine. but at the bottom, i have a granite curb top. to hold the doors in line, i made 3 acrylic blocks, 1/2x1/2x4" and glued them to the granite. 1 in the middle and 1 each on the outside of each door. the problem idk how long these will stay put. so i am looking for a more permanent solution. hoping that it still looks good. thanx for any ideas.
