I am not familiar with that toilet since you are non US. You may have better luck in a local forumn to your country.

What is the make and model or the toilet? possibly I could search around for technical papers.

Like Lawrosa mentioned most of us drive on the right side of the road and our toilet parts look a bit different. I suspect that your fill valve is clogged so it cannot full close or the float may need adjusting. If it worked fine before and has recently started over filling I betthe fill valve has a piece of rust or sediment stuck inside. Some can be disassembled and cleaned but usually they are such an inexpensive part that it's easier to just replace it with a new one.
