Moen Gooseneck leak
The Moen kiitchen faucet is leaking at the base of the gooseneck. Not all the way at the base of the whole assembly, but where the neck part ends, above the little pedestal looking thing.
Is there something in there (cartridge, o-ring) that should be replaced or do I need to replace the whole thing?

There is an O ring in there. Unscrew the base and pull the goose neck out. ( Make sure you don't turn on faucet) May just be crude or a new O ring is needed.
The problem will be finding the right size and thickness.
You could call moen and ask them to send you one. Sometimes free.
