Problem Replacing Toliet Flapper

I'm trying to replace a toliet flapper for my home's toliet. The existing flapper is very unusual looking and I can't seem to identify an appropriate replacement.

The existing flapper has a rubber ball which seems to be screwed on to a horizontal metal bar which is then directly connected to the toliet. The flush valve then has a chain which connects to the horizontal bar.

Since it is kind of hard to visualize, I've attached a photo of the flapper. I haven't been able to get a standard universal toliet flapper to work.

Does anyone have any ideas about what type I need?

Thanks.

Looks like a kohler drop flapper. Can you take a pic of the toilet?

Thanks for your reply. As I was cleaning off my toliet before taking a picture, I noticed super faint "Eljer" lettering on the toliet. I googled and quickly found this part on amazon:

Amazon.com: Lasco 04-1599 Toilet Flapper Complete Flush Valve Assembly Kit with Flush Lever, for Eljer Touch Flush Toilets, Carded: Home Improvement

I think that this is the correct replacement part (too bad that I only need the ball and not the arm, etc....).

In your question, you had asked to see a full picture of the toliet and here it is:
