Hello everyone, Search the forums and couldn't find an answer to my problem, hope you can help. Just renovated an upstairs bathroom. Ripped out the carpeting (yuck) and put tile down, new vanity, vanity top, p-trap drain on sink. The toilet is a 1 yr old dual flush that has never given me any issues. Pvc plumbing (original) I've started to notice a strong sewer gas smell from around the toilet when flushed that I cannot locate. It didnt smell it until few weeks after toilet was reinstalled. An adapter kit was used to bring up the toilet flange, and everything got a good seal of a jumbo wax ring. One thing to note was the sound of the flush after the renovation. I could kind of hear the water going down the pipes better than before and I chalked it up to there being tile on the floor now vs. carpeting. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

Hello, The stem on my kitchen faucet seems to be broken. Is this something that I can repair without replacing the entire faucet? I've attached some pictures (basically the screw that's supposed to hold the handle in can't attach, everything else works fine). Thanks in advance for any help!
