Need help identifying which Moen kitchen faucet I have. Need to replace grommet

I have this Moen kitchen faucet in my townhouse. Tenant just moved out and we noticed the kitchen faucet is wiggling, so we opened it up, and noticed that the black little black grommet type plastic piece inside the cartidge area was broken in half.

That piece is supposed to be a folding in half piece, not a broken in 2 pieces!

Anyway, does anyone know what model this is based on the photos, or how I can identify this black part so I can see if HD or anyone else sells a kit. AM I better just buying a whole new cartridge, or does this piece only come with the entire faucet kit?

Call MOEN. All faucet manufactures have a lifetime guaranty. There are only one or two cartridges for single lever or two lever faucets. They will hep you identify what you need.

thanks for the tip norm. We actually needed to have the part installed today so we did not have time to wait for we went to Home Depot and found that they had this moen handle adapter kit the kitchen faucet. It is moen number 179104, called the 1225 handle adapter kit. the kit had the little black granite is that we were looking for as well as the Allen wrench to tighten down the set screw which we did not have before all is well now.
