Basement bathroom help

Looking to plan my already roughed in basement bathroom. Problem is I don't know what goes where: toilet, sink, shower. If someone could take a look at the pictures and let me know where each thing should hook in to I would appreciate it.

Picture one shows the large toilet pipe, the tub hole, and the sink arm. Picture two is of the tub hole. It is dug out this way so you can install a ptrap under the tub. You will not get a free standing shower there, since there is only a 1 1/2" drain pipe, and a 2" is required for stand alone showers. Picture three is of the toilet pipe stub. Your studs will be located approximately 13 to 13 1/2" from the center of this pipe. Hopefully it was stubbed right and your 2x6 plumbing wall will run right through all the vertical pipes. I am not sure about the last picture. Could be a floor drain or a clean out. Pour some water down the pipe to see if it remains visible.
