Shower Single Knob Issue
I just moved into a townhouse and the shower has an interesting quirk. When you rotate the knob the water starts normally but about halfway through the rotation the water stops. As you continue, it starts again and gets colder.
I've taken the knob off and rotated the valve inside, but it didn't seem to change the behavior. Did I not rotate the valve/stem to the correct position? Is it faulty? Or something else altogether?
Thanks for the help in advance.

Welcome to the forums. Describe what the normal operation should be. Is it a ccw rotational cold-to-hot mixer? Do you have two knobs, one for volume and one for hotter water?

Think thats a monitor delta..
Like I said may be the spool in the back. And make sute the scalde control is set right. Sounds like the handle is going to far around...
See this video.. I would change the whole cartridge...
