Welcome to the forums. First choice is a plunger and second is a snake.

First choice is a plunger, second is a snake.

Don't pour chemicals down the drain, clear it mechanically.

First choice is a snake THEN a plunger. A plunger can blow out a wax ring if too aggressive. Not common but it can happen. Never use chemicals.
